Flux QuickBooks Online connector · Effective date: November 2, 2026

1. About the connector

Flux’s custom QuickBooks Online connector is intended for the operator’s internal business use. Operator and copyright holder: Bruno Vargas. Contact: bruno@transparence.co.

The connector retrieves selected accounting records through Intuit’s API. Flux enforces read-only behavior even though Intuit’s Accounting authorization permits broader access. Availability and accuracy depend on the source data, connection, chosen filters, pagination, and model configuration. Users should verify material conclusions against the source records.

3. Existing open-source components

Flux includes software from other authors. Its inherited UI is distributed under the MIT License, copyright © 2023–2026 The ggml authors. That notice and other component-specific licenses remain applicable and must be preserved. This agreement does not replace, narrow, or claim ownership of the rights granted by those licenses.

4. Intuit and other providers

The connector is not an Intuit product and is not represented as endorsed by Intuit. QuickBooks and Intuit names and marks belong to their respective owners. Using the connector requires an appropriate QuickBooks account, authorization, and compliance with the separate terms applicable to Intuit’s services and APIs.

This page grants no rights to Intuit services, account data, models, network services, or third-party software beyond their own applicable terms. Provider charges, usage limits, and availability are determined separately. This agreement makes no promise of production approval or continued API access.

5. Information handling and stopping access

The privacy policy describes credentials, accounting results saved in conversations, and connection removal. Access can be stopped locally by disconnecting the company and at Intuit by removing the app’s grant. Existing conversations, exports, and backups are managed separately.
